THE BEGINNING
I'm Candace Frazier, the founder of Waliz Holding Corporation, which does business as Candace the Corporation. A proud native of Holly Bluff, Mississippi, in the Mississippi Delta, I'm an entrepreneur, author, and mother of four with a vision rooted in faith, family, financial empowerment, and ownership.
My roots are part of my purpose. They remind me where I started and why creating opportunities for others matters. I believe you can build a future bigger than your present circumstances. That belief shapes how I raise my children, pursue my education, grow my businesses, and serve the people who trust me with their goals.
My story is still being written. I know what it means to balance family, education, entrepreneurship, and the desire to create something that lasts. I understand having a big vision while still handling everyday responsibilities. And I understand how much it matters to have someone in your corner who can help you make sense of your options and take the next step.

As the founder and CEO of Waliz Holding Corporation, I am building a family of businesses that helps individuals, families, and entrepreneurs navigate important financial and business decisions.
Through Total Tax Pros, I help clients approach tax season with preparation and clarity. Through Heritage Consulting Group, I support people working toward stronger credit and funding opportunities. Through Anchor Accounting & Advisory, I help business owners understand their numbers and make informed decisions. Through Closed with Candace, I bring that same personal commitment to real estate and the journey toward homeownership.
My broader business interests also span transportation, freight brokerage, notary services, travel, and other everyday needs. Bringing these businesses together under my personal brand gives clients a central place to explore services and connect with the support that fits their goals.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Jackson State University and am seeking both a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Juris Doctor from Mississippi College. My long-term goals include earning my CPA credential and becoming a corporate and tax attorney.
These ambitions reflect how seriously I take the work I am building. I want to keep expanding my knowledge so I can better understand the decisions, challenges, and opportunities my clients face.
As an author, I also believe in the power of sharing knowledge and telling stories that encourage people to see more possibilities for their lives.
